Denise O'Sullivan is a midfielder – she’s 21 years old and is from Cork in Ireland. She is a Republic of Ireland internationalist and is one of only two full time professional players playing for Glasgow City.
Denise was named SWPL (Scottish Women's Premier League) Player's Player of the Year last season. The SWPL is the division Glasgow City Ladies, the top League in Scotland, so Denise was voted by her peers as the League's best player for last year.
Glasgow City is the top team in Scotland and has won the League for the last 8 years in a row. They are also through to the Quarter Finals of the Champions League and play against French giants Paris Saint Germain this Sunday.
