Interview with Pauline McLean

We interviewed Pauline McLean from the BBC about how she deals with stress and how the BBC help people with stress.

We asked if stress increases after high school, Pauline said “you find new stresses but you find better ways to deal with them.”

She feels that schools are a lot more stressful now but of social media and everyone trying to keep up with all the trends.

We also asked if you could get help with stress at work and she said that you can always get help and the BBC took along time to become aware of stress and presenters get a lot of help because some of the stories can be very traumatising like talking about people getting murdered…

Pauline also told us that she is a mental first aider and can help people with stress.
